FAONS Travel Grants

FAONS is offering travel grants to neuroscientists to attend the 10th IBRO World Congress taking place in Daegu, South Korea from 21-25 September 2019.

Eligibility Requirements:

Please submit a letter of reference and your own scientific abstract. Please have your advisor submit a letter of reference to faonsgrant@gmail.com

Those who have not received a FAONS travel grant within the past three years will have priority.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• The candidate is a Ph.D. student, postdoctoral fellow or MS student

• The candidate works in an Asian/Oceanian laboratory or is of Asian/Oceanian origin working abroad

• The candidate has to submit an abstract for poster presentation as first author

Age limit is 35 years at the time of application

Grant amount: $500~$1500

Please note that the deadline for submitting an abstract is 15 April 2019.

All IBRO World Congress Travel Grant awards are dependent on the acceptance of the scientific abstract.
