IBRO governance brings together eminent brain researchers and representatives of neuroscience organizations from around the world in order to engage their collective pool of expertise, experience and commitment in supporting the global advancement of neuroscience.
Different groups and committees play essential roles in IBRO’s overarching governance. The IBRO Governing Council is the governing body of IBRO. It determines the policies and programs of the organization as well as directs their implementation and conduct.
More than 90 international, national and regional scientific organisations constitute IBRO’s Governing Council which, together with the IBRO Executive Committee and the five IBRO Regional Committees, address the needs and advance the work of individual scientists and research communities everywhere.
