IBRO-APRC School on Advanced Techniques to Explore the Functions of Normal and Diseased Brain

During this IBRO-APRC School, insight will be provided into the functioning of normal and diseased brain through several advanced techniques in different models. Various tools like MRI, fMRI, TMS, patch clamp, molecular imaging, epigenetic tools, optogenetics, EEG and polysomnography will be taught with hands-on to demonstrate brain functioning at different levels. The fine details of nanotechnology tools for CNS drug delivery, theranostic applications will be shown. Methods for nanotoxicity evaluation will be demonstrated  3-D printing will be the highlight of school as a prospective technique for scaling up demands of several tissues. A special lecture on the ethical conduct in scientific research will enlighten all.
