This School aims to provide graduate students and early-career faculty from the Asia-Pacific region with advanced bioimaging and proteogenomics tools for neuroscience research.

About the School

Monash University Malaysia contains high-quality researchers and highly skilled technical staff with cutting-edge research technology platforms and state-of-the-art facilities for researchers to conduct world-class research. We have formed linkages with local and international institutes through various research projects to enhance neuroscience research output from the Asia-Pacific region.

The program will consist of two weeks of seminars, practical sessions on advanced and latest technologies in the laboratory, and scientific lectures intermingled with discussion sessions/workshops in bioimaging and proteogenomics for neuroscience research. The school will also offer additional educational workshop sessions on 1) research ethics, 2) manuscript writing and publication, 3) project design and management, 4) scientific career and research aspiration.

During the school, the IBRO-APRC participants will participate in an International Neuroscience Symposium organized by Monash University Malaysia.
