IBRO Africa Regional Committee (ARC) Test Drive



The IBRO Africa Regional Committee (ARC)
is an IBRO Regional Committee composed of elected voluntary leadership that focuses on supporting and promoting neuroscience in the African region based on its specific needs and conditions. Our activities include:

1. Developing and proposing the annual funding budget for IBRO’s African activities
2. Reviewing grant applications for IBRO African and global programs
3. Holding an annual committee meeting to review, discuss and identify African neuroscience priorities
4. Advising IBRO leadership on regional needs, challenges and opportunities
5. Working closely with the Society of Neuroscientists of Africa, the IBRO African member societies and other African and global scientific networks to increase brain research and awareness in the region.
